Bayern Munich boss Hansi Flick has refused to rule out a move for Niklas Sule due to the reported interest from Chelsea.
Chelsea are reportedly interested in a center-back move this summer to bolster their defense after joining Thiago Silva and Ben Chilwell last summer.
The Blues are believed to be looking for a move this summer for versatile Bayern Munich defender David Alaba. The player no longer has a contract and is looking for a new challenge.
Alaba is already free to negotiate a pre-contractual agreement before this summer. Chelsea were reportedly one of the first clubs their agents contacted.

But Chelsea’s interest may not stop with Alaba or even RB Leipzig defender Dayot Upamecano, who has been linked to a move worth around £ 38m.
That’s because another central defender in Sule was also connected. BILD’s Christian Falk Claiming the 25-year-old will be firmly on the blues shortlist ahead of this summer.
And when asked about their interest, Bayern boss Flick refused to rule out a move and said to BILD: “It speaks for one of our players when other clubs show interest.
“We’ll see how everything develops and where he sees his future.”
Sule is under contract with Bayern until 2022, and that could make him available at an affordable price this summer.

Instead of risking losing him for free next summer, Bayern could opt to sell the defender if they don’t plan on offering him a new deal by then.
Sule was a regular at Bayern this season and played ten games. With only eight Bundesliga stars, however, he is not the first central defender. That could change next season if Alaba left the club.
