Ovie Ejeheri: A couple of moments in the first half when the defender wobbled a bit as he played from behind and he would undoubtedly have had more for the Newport goal. However, the 18-year-old rehabilitated himself in the second half with a nice save when the score was 1: 1. 5.
Ryan Alebiosu: Decent if he came down on the right wing in attack as his aggressive dribbling was causing problems on Newport’s left. Defensive but not quite as good and looked vulnerable as the rest of the Gunners in the five-man chain. 6th
Zak Swanson: A good first half for Swanson, showing a decent lead, but the defender’s performance was flawed in the second. Couldn’t clear the second and lost his header for the third. A night to forget for the U23 captain. 4th
Zane Monlouis: Switched from the right central defender to the middle of the back three and struggled a little with the increased responsibility. Bad for the Newport goal, some possession at times and battled Greenidge’s physical challenge in the first half. 5 .
Labyrinth Ogungbo: A solid performance from the left central defender who got the ball out of the ball well. However, had to struggle in set pieces and with high crosses like the rest of the defense. 6th
Joel Lopez: Made very good progress on occasion, including a chance in the first half that almost resulted in a goal. Was also consistently good on the ball. 7th
Salah-Eddine: A really good curling free kick was a highlight of the Dutch midfielder’s performance. Has always found space in midfield and has grown into the game after a somewhat quiet first half. 8th.
James Olayinka: A solid performance in midfield for Olayinka in sixth position. Shielded the ball well at times and could have hit with a decent shot. 6th
Omari Hutchinson: After a bad start, where his cornering performance was subpar, Hutchinson exploded with an incredible goal that YouTube compilation makers will have to eat for the ages. After that, unplayable for most of the game and a constant threat behind the Newport Defense. 9.
Kido Taylor-Hart: A really promising achievement for the 19-year-old who would have scored another day without a world-class parade. Made problems on the wing and showed positional intelligence to switch places over the top three throughout the game. 8th.
Joel Ideho: In general, Arsenal played a false nine that night and did well. Looked more comfortable in a deeper role-play playing passes to teammates up front than in the more traditional center strikers. 6th

Taylor Foran: Looked much more successful than its predecessor in the middle of a chain of three. Confident in his defensive skills and supported the defense. 7th
Kayhon Edwards: Little impact on the game after being substituted on, but his work as he drove to the sideline to cut for the Sagoe Jr. winner was crucial. 7th
Charles Sagoe Jr .: The last sub of the game that had the decisive influence on the game. A proper graduation for the winner. n / A.
